These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of purposebuiltusa.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Anchor USA, Inc. (“Anchor USA,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site to learn about Anchor USA and our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;

Content on the Site is general information about our consulting and marketing services. It is not business, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without advice tailored to your circumstances. Browsing the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship. We work with clients only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement, not these Terms, governs the services we provide.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Anchor USA, Inc. and are protected by United States copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish Site content, or use the Anchor USA name or logo, without our prior written permission.

You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send us through the Site. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form before an engagement is in place. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide.

The Site may link to, or load content from, websites and services we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor USA, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchor USA, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
